also, it helos to keep a journal of the food you eat and the activities you do. be honest when logging your details, that way you can see exactly howe much you put in you and how.much you have to work to burn it. it makes you accountable.for yourself.
If u decide to eat a sandwich... Only eat half! And wait 15 mins... If you're still hungry wat the other half.. Don't starve yourself or deprive yourself of food. Before each meal drink a glass of water so that you're full of water and u don't wanna eat as much. Or you can drink a cup of green tea, that helps your food digest.
Really it's eating healthy. Cut out the sweets. Make sure you get all your daily food group values. Exercise if you choose. My aunt lost 70 pounds just from changing her eating habits.
Replace soda and juice with water! After a while, you'll lose the taste for it. Here's a trick: If you feel hungry, think of a fruit. Would you eat it? If not, you're eating for 'fun'.
Drink lots of water! Walk or run 30 minutes a day and stick to a diet that consists of veggies (raw) and protein and avoid carbs (bread or pasta) unless its whole grain.
Do cardio at least 2-3x a week (start off slow at first, walking for a bit, and then go from that to jogging. Mix up your cardio too, so it doesn't get boring.) Avoid anything that contains processed sugar. Up your intake of vegetables. Use weights when working out. Builds muscle, and the more muscle you have (while eating properly, not starving oneself) the more fat you burn. Eat throughout the day to bring your metabolism up, don't eat large meals 2 times a day. Don't starve yourself, it makes it impossible to exercise effectively.
Drink a bottle of water before you eat and it will make you feel fuller. So you will eat less I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks and it doesn't make you feel light headed at all. Good luck!

Only eat until you're not hungry anymore. And if you're not sure, wait half an hour. Vegetarianism helps, but bacon is tough to give up :P
