Their smolderEYES liners are probably one of my all time favorites. All in all, Tarte has never really disappointed me!

I like the eyeliner. But I don't like the packaging. I wish the bottle top was flatter. It's concave so you have the potential to accidentally push product back in the bottle, which is gross if you don't clean the brush every time.
It makes it hard to wipe some product on the back of your hand, or a palette for example because there's always product stuck on the top of the applicator because of its concave shape.
