Wash your hair in warm water not hot n massage your scalpe like Erin J. Said it'll help alot n don't use alot of heat I usually braid mine and only straighten it 2 times a week to limit n it really really helps n makes sure you get trims every so often .. (: hope it works the best for you !((:

It also helps to get monthly trims to trim off the dead ends which allows your hair to grow and it also keeps your hair healthier

Make an egg and olive oil hair mask. let it stay in your hair for 15-20min do this once every two weeks

Hair on average only grows 6 inches a year! If you want it to grow faster use heat.
