Long hair to short? Help.

I have been going back and forth with cutting my hair off. I have had long hair for 6-7 years and cutting it off makes me want to cry. But I always finding myself wishing I had short hair! Thoughts?!?

I think maybe 2-3 inches would be okay it would be short but not short enough to cry over (I love my hair to and I don't like cutting it either)
