So I just got my first full time job and I think it calls for a celebration lol so I'll be going to sephora later today. I'm on like a 50 to 60 dollar budget. So what I should keep an eye on? :) keep in mind I've never owned a high end lip stick so I'll be looking at that and maybe some lip primers, also need some liquid eye liner. I prefer very very black and I like the liquid pens but I want one that lasts awhile! My last one by urban decay dried up pretty quick :( let me know of some good products :)

Stila stay all day liquid liner! I had the ud one as well and I prefer the one from Stila holds up to its claim and is pretty black same applicator as the ud one goes on smooth and precise. Also I recommend a liquid lipstick I heard the sephora. Just bought a melted lipstick from too faced and I can't wait to use it very pigmented! Also I've been eying the occ lip tars so many colors and they last all day. Little goes a long way and the pigmentation is awesome! They also have a primer

Liquid lipsticks are such great products! I like the rouge infusion by Sephora but if you're into higher end lippies, you should definitely look into the Dior Addict Fluid Sticks! I don't own one yet but I linger around them every time I'm in Sephora! Lol.

(Oh and the names of the Rouge infusion shades are a bit off, I have Strawberry kiss (I think) and it looks like a very deep warm brick red.

If it were me: MUFE Aquamatics for the liner, and either Kat Von D or Ardency Inn for the lipstick. (I don't know if the the $20-$25 range counts as high end for lipstick. These days of $50 lipsticks its really midrange, but those are the ones I want to try.) Also on my Sephora wishlist are the Marc Jacobs eye liners and lip crayons...

I would recommend a good face primer (smashbox) and a foundation but I wouldn't suggest a certain one because I don't know what you want or your skin but I would get a sample of some foundations instead of wasting your money on it because you might not like it.
