I honestly have the same problem with these lippies and I found exfoliating a lot and a good lipbalm before will help, but then it fades fast. I also tried with the too faced lip insurance and that didn't work neither.

Do you apply it with a lip brush? I apply mine with a lip brush, quick makeup tip is to use a lip plumper to rejuvenation the lip texture then apply the lip color ;) lip primers are great like alexis has mentioned and also Mac erase lip is also a good base for prep.

Exfoliate your lips, apply lip balm or lip primer then apply your lipstick.
