Lorac's behind the scenes eye primer works well. It comes with the pro palettes and comes with most of their other eyeshadow palettes as well. Or the individual one is about $20. They have it at Kohls and Ulta.

I agree with Lorac Behind the Scenes Eye Primer, it's my Holy Grail eye primer! I don't have oily lids but my eyes are very hooded so eyeshadow creases easily on me but I've experienced absolutely no creasing since using the Lorac primer (:

I love urban decays primer! I feel like it really makes my lids matte to allow for a great base for shadow! Hope this helps! :)
