Hi lovelies. So I'm 28 and starting to notice lines around my eyes and general changes in my skin. It's an interesting process I'm trying to prepare for gracefully lol. I've done plenty more stressing (amongst other skin no nos) so I was generally prepared for this by my 30th birthday. Anywho I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone has tips for embracing this inevitable thing and also to the older beauties when did you start noticing these signs and how did they progress? I've searched "normal" aging process but don't feel like I'm finding any solid gauge. Hope everyone is having a great day 😌

I'm 27, and have started to a few lines under my eye as well - I don't feel I'm handling it very well unfortunately - I really wanna embrace it but they make me sad :/

I'm 26 and I have some very fine lines under my eyes that get more noticeable if I put a bunch of powder there - but I feel eye creams help and primers too but mainly skincare will help you age the most graceful as well as a healthy diet n exercise routine n plenty of water - my mom is now 46 and she still looks like she could pass for my younger sister (since she's shorter than me) so genetics plays a major role in it and we can only control so much externally.

Sabrina I hear ya..I'm hoping the initial phase is the most difficult. Thanks Diana :) your makeup routine certainly has to keep up with the changes!

Thanks Maggie. I follow your post. I have 29 and fine lines under my eyes. I think I have a good combo skin but I don't know what to use for my age...so I follow! :)

Hello (: I'm 27 and have always had fine lines under my eyes, my smile lines are also pretty visible. I stared using the ROC anti wrinkle system and ROC eye cream (suggested by Traci) I use that in the night and in the day I use philosophy miracle worker anti aging moisturizer with is eye cream. I just started using the philosophy products but have repurchased the ROC products twice and can definitely see a difference in my right side smile line. Aside from that I try to drink as much water as I can and eat right... Things got very rough at the end of '2014 and now so I kinda didn't care a little but trying to get back in the routine (:

I'm 33 and I started noticing fine lines around my eyes at 30. Then at 31 after I had my son, I started getting a major hollowed out look under my eyes. For me, no topical creams work at all :( Even medical grade. started botox and fillers and couldn't be happier with the results. I wish I could just accept aging, but it's hard.

It is generally said anyone 25 or older should start anti aging care. Make sure if you haven't that you start using a daily SPF. ROC makes great products for drugstore prices if you were looking to start out.

Well we all know I'm old lol I'm almost 45 and I have no intention on just excepting it lol, clean eating, supplements, new and better products , tons of water and spf , will save your skin , retinol, Vitamin C, peptides, hyaluronic acid, matrixyl, and stem cells are what you should be looking for in your products if you want to keep the wrinkles away and the elasticity in your skin , and I really had to look at what I was eating because that alone changed my skin for the better.

...just to add to what Traci wrote regarding diet, I've read a lot about how sugar contributes to wrinkling. I have such a sweet tooth so this was "tragic" news for me😂🍭
