eat less carb. green salad, chicken, salmon, green juice, lots and lots of water. dont eat junk food whatsoever or meat like pork & beef. my boyfriend do this method for 6 months and he lost 25pound without excersise.
ooooh and if you drink alcohol, cut that out completely. I was on bed rest for a month and a half after invasive spinal surgery and I lost 35 pounds from cutting out the craft beers and small batch whiskey I love to sample on the weekends.... I also didn't drink sodas or juices then, but I very rarely drank them to begin with. Bedrest-so I wasn't exercising or moving at also it totally made a difference
Replace all other drinks with ICED water. There's a long explanation on why ice helps ALOT, but all I'm gonna say is that iced water helps alot:) I find fun and easy ways to exercise, so I don't get bored! Have self discipline, but it's okay to cheat every once in a while! You don't have to be miserable to lose weight, so don't sweat it. Just be determined, and you'll see amazing results!
You DO eat less, or at least eat less CALORIES and FAT. And you don't go back to eating like you were before, which can't be all that healthy or it wouldn't need to change. You change your eating habits for good.
Try a calorie counter, it really makes you consider the food choices you make and encourages healthy clean eating. I've already lost 7 lbs in less than a month.

Join my fitness pal just like Kyli said and eat 1200 calories per day- lean meats, whole grains, fruit, and veggies and stick to water.
