Well it's not high end but I love L'Oreal True Match. Light but buildable coverage. It has a satin finished that becomes a bit dewy throughout the day. It's so lightweight it feels like you aren't wearing foundation.

Hmm, if you're not toooo dry and don't experience dry patches often, I would recommend UD naked skin. Beautiful foundation. My favorite.
