I wanted to do something fun with Mardi Gras coming up. Products used: MUFE HD foundation, RCMA HAC, Mac Wedge and Mac cranberry eyeshadows, Urban Decay gold glitter, Red Cherry lashes, Elizabeth Arden plum blush, Maybelline 14 hr color stay lipstick. Any constructive criticism?

Maggie I left the salon already so I'll have to look on Tuesday! It's one of the lighter purpley colors! I know that doesn't help much but I'll definitely get back to you!

Very pretty! but for me the lashes kind of drag your eyes down... I think it would look better with maybe shorter ones but a little fuller.
makeup wise, it is really well done! I would probably try to balance the lower lash color with the top... I feel like it's much more intense on the bottom. but that's just town I like it! still absolutely gorgeous!

Kelly, you're going to have so much fun! avoid the quarter at all possible (well maybe just at night, it's way too crowded & dirty). Mardi gras is my fav holiday & Nola one of my fav cities. have an amazing time!

Yes just be careful. A lot of people are there for fun, some are there for some very bad stuff. Stay in a group, always have men with you, etc, all the typical safety warnings. I've been many times and had a blast, you just have to be aware of what's right around you.
