Too Faced Primed and Porless primer?

I got this today and am not loving the results. I read great reviews and decided to give it a go.
I find it doesn't let my foundation set like my skin did not absorb the primer, and since it's quite jelly like it just looks weird.
Any tips?

How much do you apply? Just the tiniest bit is enough.

Yeah I definitely didnt over do it. I think the consistency just doesn't sit well with my skin.

What foundation are you using with it? certain foundations doesn't work well with it and with any pore less primer you only apply were it's needed versus all over the face.
