Nope, didn't have to build it up at all. I did forget to mention I do have a Maybelline color tattoo in the color electric blue as a base that nay have helped the intensity but the color is extremely pigmented on its own :)

Yeah the navy, one swipe and it's that dark. Love this look I need a single shadow of the nectar and cool grey those are my favorite shades in that palette
