Should I keep using the rough and bumpy lotion, it doesn't look like it's getting but maybe it takes more time. These bumps are looking CRAZY. & it's not from shaving because I don't ever shave my legs since there's hardly any hair.. thanks for any help!

I know you said they aren't from shaving, but they look similar to razor burn, so try rubbing baby oil on them?

My mom suggested that a few weeks ago, I did it for three days, once a day, then I stopped. Should I do it again, for longer?

I have those too! It's because I shave though, and have dark hair so I figure it just the hair follicles. They're annoying. Lol. Nice tumbler ;)

I think there's a name for it, though. Keratosis p...something haha. Traci has recommended something to help this diminish but I can't remember what.

Yeah, keratosis pilaris! It's a build up of keratin and very common. Treatments include topical exfoliants, topical retinoids, laser treatment. I believe that's what track was recommending, an exfoliant. Don't quote me haha.

Shanae-I just picked up that studio 35 alpha hydroxy cream from Walgreens. If they don't have that brand, they have more alpha hydroxy cream there
But I've heard people putting it on the backs of their arms for the same issue and it got rid of it very quickly. It's worth a shot!

Yeah, that's why I'm using the rough and bumpy lotion but it's not doing much on my legs. Where can I get Sudocream?

Laser treatment sounds scary /:

I have that, I've had it all my life and it's definitely not razor burn. I've literally tried everything and the only thing that's ever cleared it up was being on holiday in the sun, which unfortunately we don't get much of in England. It is totally normal to get it, and it can actually be to do with your bloodflow. I have TERRIBLE circulation in my lower legs/feet which I don't think helps. I've just got used to the fact that it's the way my skin is so unless it's something that's suddenly popped up I wouldn't worry too much :)

It usually flares up when I'm doing physical activity. The lotion has worked on my arms, it's just taking longer on my legs. I'm definitely trying baby oil and coconut oil though. Thank you!
