Hair Help!!! (extensions and color)

Hi, I am in need of hair help lol
So I want extensions (first problem) I love long hair but a couple years ago I cut it n started dyeing it blonde so that leads to my second problem should I keep my blond hair or go back to dark, as I say n my friends laugh at me for is I say I feel like exotic lol cause my eyebrows are so dark vs my bleach blonde. Please give me your advise
