How quickly your hair grows solely depends on genetics. but here are some tips I can give you to ensure that your hair stays healthy & grows as quickly as it can 😊
- drink lots of water
- exercise
- use sulfate-free shampoos & conditioners. also don't wash your hair everyday as this can strip your hair of its natural oils that are essential
- stay away from heat (blow dryers, straighteners, curling irons). if you do use heat, use a good heat protectant
- use a hair mask or hair oil. argan oil & coconut oil work well. if you don't want to buy a hair mask, (as my hairdresser told me), you can even drench your hair in conditioner once a week, wrap it up & leave it in for as long as you can stand it, & then wash/shampoo it out
- also don't color you hair anytime soon 😊
& please don't take any supplements to "make your hair grow" as they can be harmful. hope I helped!

Hair growth is 100% completely based off genetics, but you can control how healthy your hair is when it does grow out and prevent you from needing trims often (I can go about a year without needing a trim)
> Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't have to cost $50, but just something like L'Oreal EverStrong works!
> Don't wash your hair every day. It strips it from its natural oils needed to keep your hair healthy and moisturized. I wash mine 2-3x a week and use a dry shampoo in between washes.
> Don't be afraid to use oils or hair masks! I know putting oil in your hair can be kind of scary, but if applied only to your ends (not the scalp), it will leave your hair nice and moisturized while not being too greasy.
> Don't put too many products in. It will weigh the hair down and make it greasy faster.
> Limit heat. I do heatless curls and styles so I rarely use heat. When using heat, use a heat protectant.
> Use a wide tooth comb or wet brush to brush your hair out.
> Don't get trims too often. I used to trim my hair every week pretty much (only a very very very little amount) Though, you'll never have split ends, it won't be getting longer because every time it grows, you cut it off.
> Don't take any pills or vitamins without consulting a doctor first.
There are many more tips out there that I can't think of at the moment, but those are pretty much the basics. Just be patient and your hair will grow out in no time!
