Are there any hair products for super super dry hair that work? my hair gets so frizzy and I've tried multiple shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, coconut oils and argon oils xx

I have layers and I want to grow them out before school because they're super annoying. Any tips or haircuts that wouldn't sacrifice a lot of length??

My aunt needs a mask for her hair to make it straight. (Ik a lot of craziness. But eh...) I mean she wants to have it dead straight so that she doesn't have to use the iron or blow dryer. (I mean like what even?!?!?!?!?!?! ) anywho. Any help? Oh and her hair is dry, curly, frizzy, dyed, damaged from medicines, get dyed every 2 weeks. So help?
