I have really thick hair, so I have always used Argan Oil. Suave has good Argan Oil and so does a brand called One and Only Argan.

With my personal experience.. I love mustard oil. its thick and leaving it overnight makes hair soft and supple and I mix lil amount of castor oil too to boost my hair growth.
