I have the bottom one, though it is the all matte colors (35N) and I absolutely love it, the color choices are amazing and its definitely a good mix of both cool and warm tones, I would go with the 2nd!

For me personally I would go with the bottom one. Which palette can you see yourself using more? What type of looks do you usually go for when doing your eye makeup? I think that would help you narrow down which one would be better for you☺️
