Can a bleach bath lighting your roots I I don't want to damage my since I already tried to cover my room and left it on Orange yellow and I need to be a lighter.

Not if its your natural color. If it's hair dye that you're trying to lighten it'll lighten it up a little due to the cortex already being open and it's easier to help get some color out whereas your actual hair would need a longer time to process since the pigment is part of your hair bound to some of the protein and such.
You'll need to actually bleach your roots OR use a more blue toned color to tone your roots.

A bleach bath won't be enough to lighten your roots for the purple you want or for the same blonde you have. You already toned it with the purple dye, but the Orange is in the hair shaft not on the surface so you have to cover it with a dark dye or bleach it out.
