Okay so I have naturally wavy hair that I usually flat iron everyday because curling takes to long and my hair looks awful just natural because its not pretty waves. Anyways, its been more humid where I live than it has in a long time and no matter what I use my hair looks frizzy like 5 minutes after I straighten it. Garnier is what I normally use for humidity but its not helping like it used to. I use different hair oils (Organix, Biosilk, Rusk Deep Shine, and other Argan or Coconut Oils) and I've tried using Garnier, Pantene, Nexxus, Herbal Essences, Tressemme (I hate it though) Hairsprays but nothing is helping! I can spray my whole head with tons of hairspray and use those oils but it just ends up frizzy later! Also I use Its A 10 Plus Keratin and it usually will help with the frizz but this time its not working either.

What can I do? Is there a product/serum or something that you ladies use that can help this? Thank you!

I had the same problem. I cut it short (so it's be completely healthy) and just started fresh. So I stopped using heat often that way it wouldn't damage my hair (cause damaged hair is always more frizzy and uncontrollable) then I started using a new frizz shampoo and conditioner. It's Lloreal smooth intense polishing shampoo/conditioner. It claims up to 72 hours frizz free hair which I don't know about but it DOES reduce frizz dramatically. Like I just got it to try not thinking it's work but I have noticed a difference and did end up repurchasing it. I also use Marc Anthony oil of morocco argon oil, it's a dry styling oil, I spray a bunch in my hair (especially the ends) after I shower and just run my fingers through my hair. I find it helps my hair just feel and look smoother and healthier. Hope this helps!

I have the SAME EXACT problem! I did the same thing as Makayla and cut my hair short. but I can never have my hair straight for a very long time before it either poofs up or recurls. I also use the Argon oil of morocco from Organix though and I've seen a difference because it's more healthy it's less frizzy. I also use Redken Antisnap and apply that after my shower as well. it helps with repairing split ends and just keeping your hair strong.

Thanks Makayla, I've tried that L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner and it helps but my hair still ends up frizzy... So frustrating! I wouldn't say my hair is frizzy from damage, I get it cut often (usually every 4-6 weeks) and its really healthy no split ends but it just doesn't want to stay straight, ugh! Thank you though, I'll have to try that Marc Anthony!

Thanks Isabel, I use that same Organix stuff which I love and normally helps but the humidity is crazy right now! I might have to try that Redken stuff but like I said to Makayla, my hair isn't frizzy from damage or split ends it just starts going curly/wavy because of this humid air... Thank you again! 💕
