What to buy with a $30 Ulta gift card.

I got a $30 Ulta gift card for my birthday! Yay! But I don't know what I need. I am just starting out with makeup so what are some under 30 products you recommend?

Ulta has their own brand of cosmetics which are usually pretty cheap like their lipsticks and stuff and the full exposure mini is only like $28

There's also a set of 3 really pretty lipsticks and a balm for $34 all you have to put in is like 7 ish dollars

The new Anastasia eyeshadow palette is super great is is $30 :) I'd look into it!

I'd snag some NYX lip liners and Revlon balm sticks, Colorburst or Kissable Balm Stain sticks. Ugh..I love them all! NYX has nice creamy blush. Loreal Hip Duo shadow has some great nuetral in both shimmer and matte. Maybelline Color Tattoo Shadow is creamy and long wearing. Also, Loreal Telescopic Mascara is great for length and getting every, little bottom lash. It looks really natural, but it also pairs well with other Loreal mascaras for fuller looks. Physician's Formula has a pearly highlighter that a member was raving on for brightening up her face. Also, on the way to the register, there are lots of little trial & travels sizes of high end goodies as well as specials on skin and hair care as well as mascaras, lip treatments, etc.
