Hi! First of a you don't look 13 you look older haha😂😂 Anyways I just went to an Ariana concert and I wore a smokey eye and it stayed on great! For you I'd recommend a pink and brown smokey eye winged liner and a pink nude lipstick! Have fun.

Since you're young , I would suggest doing smokey eye with a colorful lipstick (maybe red) and for hair , maybe curl it?
