If price doesn't matter, Mac always has the best EVERYTHING. But a quick fix is Fit Me by Maybelline. I use both, depending on how I am feeling that day.

I'm extremely pale as well & have freckles, which is the only reason I wear foundation because I hate them &I wanna cover them.😂😂 but, for a liquid foundation that dries matte, maybelline fit me Matte & poreless foundation is wonderful & build-able. For powders I would say the stay matte Rimmel powder. For something higher end Mac for sure.!

MACs studio fix is good. It's actually a powder foundation with a very good amount of shades, more than their other foundations.
It gives very good medium coverage with a dense rush and you don't need much
