I like brands like Loreal and Maybelline for face makeup. For eyes, I like brands like Maybelline, Covergirl, Rimmel, and Maybelline. There are many good products at the drugstore. Just do your research and get a hold of as many samples as you can. What's your skin type? Maybe I can recommend some specific products..

I don't usually like cheaper eyeshadows but I love makeup revolution eyeshadow palettes. I have their chocolate bar dupe and lorac pro 1 dupe. Both are excellent for the price. I don't use liquid liner much as I prefer gel or pencil but loreal superslim eyeliner is nice! I hoped that helped somewhat.

Since you aren't really looking for face products that much, I'll just go ahead and share my drugstore eyeshadow and liner recommendations 😊
Eyeshadow:
> Maybelline color tattoos
> Almay Shadow Trios
> If you are really on a budget, I use my blushes and bronzer as eyeshadow and it's probably the best "tip" I've ever used!
Eyeliners:
> Rimmel Scandal Eyes (pencil)
> I also love using my mascara and dippin an angled eyeliner brush in it and pressing it close to the lash line for a "liquid" eyeliner. You could also do this with a gel eyeliner.
I know I didn't recommend a liquid eyeliner, but I've only true one and it's just not my favorite and I wouldn't recommend it

Hard candy has excellent eyeshadows and I LOVE their liquid glitter
Eyeliner! I use it over my regular eyeliner :3 I like the scandal eye sticks too, I forgot the brand that sells them tho lol

I don't recommend hard candy eyeshadows tbh. I've only tried one palette from them so maybe they do have some good ones out there, but the ones I used from them were chalky and had a lot of fall out. Honestly not worth it in my opinion.

For eyeshadow I love the urban decay naked basics pallete it's $9.99 and you can get it at eCrater! For liquid liner I like the maybelline New York eye studio master precise liquid eye liner its $4.31 and you can get it at target.

There is a brand called Jessie's girl and omg their water proof liquid liner in the silver tube is the best liner I have ever used! It's so black and precise and I even went swimming with it on for an hour and it barely smudged! It was pretty much perfect! The only thing is that they only sell the brand at rite aid or you can order it online! Plus it's only around 6-7 dollars

Nyc liquid eyeliner is my favorite by far. I would recommend wet and wild eye shadows they are inexpensive and great.
