I have a school dance in about a month or so but I always get my dresses really close to the dance and I want to get it sooner this time so what are some very casual dresses the are 2 inches above the nee mac and the straps have to be to fingers side by side of width. I'm not looking for any certain color I'm open to all ideas. Thanks!

I think that checking out somewhere like Nordstrom Rack or the junior's section would be a good idea, there are some very cute, not very expensive dresses there.

I usually check out Khols and places like that. They usually have really cute dresses and they are pretty affordable!

It's my school dress code.

Yeah, our school had he same rule for tank tops and dresses: two finger width. I would recommend TJMAXX, they have a lot of expensive brands for a lot cheaper price. Kohls is also a good choice.

I recommend the R&M brand at TJMAXX (I believe it's sold at Maceys too). I got my prom dress from there, it was 110 reduced to 34.99 :) thick shoulder straps, floor length. The bodice is a tan-coloured panel with lace overlay. Dipped back but doesn't show my bra. So comfortable and flattering!
