Hello Beauties!??

I would like to know if there's any way someone who experiences very dry skin to improve her condition. Or is it a permanent thing?
I had a combination skin type when I was in my teens (must be my hormones). And I realized the condition of my skin changed when I hit my 20s.
It is also a hereditary factor. Would love to hear some inputs, (totally welcome the natural aspects of "curing", compared to over-the-counter products)

Hmm I think you can try using facial oil for your face...? (I think that's what we called it.. Facial oil... I'm sorry if I'm wrong though..) like argan oil, olive oil, green tea oil... Or maybe you can use moisturizer for your face... And maybe you can search for hydrating face mask... Ummm this is only my opinion uhh... Sorry if I'm wrong...

You should find loads of great information on how to reduce, treat, and improve dry skin here.

I avoid sun exposure and take my sun protection seriously, use an aloe based toner, natural oils and am sure to include Omega 3 in my regular diet. Long, hot showers are a no-no for my skin. Moisturizers with both hyaluronic acid and glycerin are a must for me. I make a scrub for my body with Virgin, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, organic sugar (brown sugar is also great) sweet almond oil and pure vanilla. Routine, gentle exfoliation if my face with AHAs/BHA's help keep skin glowing.

I would be able to help more by knowing your current skincare routine and what products you use. Also, are you drinking lots of water, eating as healthy as possible, sleeping well, and using SPF daily?

Try vitamin e oil it's really great and what you could also do is put hot water in a big bowl and cover it with a wet towel. After applying the vitamin e oil to a freshly wash water put your face over the towel and you can let the steam from the hot water work its way into your skin. It will give your face a great glow and help keeping your skin from getting dry. I hope this helps.
