A lot of mine from those stores are not see through and I'm even able to wear them as a top with high waisted shorts or maxi skirts and they are really cute.

The ones at urban outfitters are $20, the halter ones, and I personally adore mine and literally wear it all the time. But, if you're willing to sacrifice quality, forever 21 has some nice ones, like the other girls said!
