I have always heard about Ipsy, but all I know is that they send you makeup. Is thw makeup good quality, is it big size makeup?

Yes. It's company created by Michelle Phan. You subscribe for a monthly/annual fee and in return you receive a decent size makeup bag with either sample or full size items. You get to try and experience different items from brands you haven't even heard of and as well as brands you may know. I am not subscribed to it myself but have seen a couple of videos.
