Just start with what you're comfortable with. Maybe start with eyeliner and lipstick. Personally I use foundation, sometimes concealer, gel eyeliner and lipstick.

There's no where to begin ; just preferences.
I like glitter and stickers with strawberry lips so I go for that and expand on that daily with different colors.

Start with light makeup I would suggest, mascara, a nude lip and maybe blush. Definitely practice and start experimenting with different makeup, colors and techniques. And remember, its makeup, if you mess up it all washes off, so have fun with it!

Definitely start with mascara and lipgloss. Loreal telescopic is my favorite drugstore mascara. And NYX butter glosses are my favorite lipgloss
