I am bored of my mascara routine and would like to switch it up. My mascara is usually quite natural (1-2 light coats) and I would like to know your favorite mascara application tips to make your lashes appear longer and more voluminous 😊

I have no special tips for that sorry doll. but you could try a colored mascara - do your black mascara as usual and then sweep a coat of green mascara for instance, at the tips of your lashes. I like this tip very much. :)

That way the colored mascara won't be outstanding as much if you were to put it on all of you lashes.

Put one coat of mascara the put a bit of baby powder at the ends of the lashes and apply another coat. Do this until you think they look good! And you could use corn starch or baking powder if you don't have baby powder!

I put on 3 layers, and then put the wand on top of my lashes and run it through. then, I go normally and do 2 more coats

I know this is a well known trick, but what always works for me is to start with the wand at the base of my lashes then wiggle it up and through my lashes. Usually I do that like four-five times. I love lilys tip about the colored mascara!!

I like to use more than one mascaras. Wiggle the brush all the way up your lashes to coat every one.

I guess that just depends on the mascara! I'm currently using the maybelline great lash mascara, the one with a smaller end, and it makes your lashes kind of hard, but not super hard. but honestly, that just depends on what mascara you're using.

I have like 1 main tip, and that's like to start at the very roots of your eyelashes, don't just put it on the tips/ middle.

It shouldn't make them white if you apply a few coats of mascara after and it will make them look great!!

What I've been doing recently is I got some false lashes and I trim them so they are smaller and I apply to the outer corner of my eyes. Then curl and apply 3 coats it makes my eyes appear much bigger! I've been loving it

Maybe you could mix up your mascara because every mascara is a bit different. Also, layering two mascaras also gives a nice lift and length. (Maybe try curling your lashes if your don't already do. Target has an eyelash curler for $1- brand is elf. )

I always apply at the tips first then wiggle and go upwards and then do the inside to keep the curl!
