I wear sports bras on a daily now due to me buying a bunch for my new workout routines and whatnot, I have no regular bras, I make sure not to wear my sports bras to bed more than 3 times a week. I remember someone telling me it was unhealthy, don't remember quite why though to be quite honest! Haha.

All I ever wear is sports bras. They are so comfortable. I heard you shouldn't wear them too often because it can make your boobs sag when you're older, but I don't know if that's entirely true or not.

I have the same problem. I wear sports bras on a daily basis and it helps me cover up my chest without letting the girls show too much lol but anyway yeah it's good to have sports bras Because it gives you good coverage and other things. Lol sorry if I'm not being descriptive enough

Sports bras are okay to wear to bed! I'm not too chesty, but here are my tips: during the day try a regular bra with a no padded sports bra on top. This will help suck things in a bit without loosing shape. :)

My physio recommended that I wear sports bras with thick straps to help with my back/shoulder pain. Not really related to your question but it may help some fellow large chested ladies who have back pain ect.

I love sports bras! but I wouldn't actually waer it at night. When certain muscles never get activated but the bra constantly "works for them" will probably lead to a decrease in muscle mass eventually leading to "saggy boobs" I guess. I know the struggles of a bigger sized chest but I still sleep without a bra. Doesn't keep me from wearing them at daytime though :)

As far as I know, wearing a sports bra to bed is only a bad idea if your breastfeeding ( but it may vary from doc to doc). As long as your not breastfeeding it should be ok.

Sport bra is good for any boobs size but umm they're not a real definition of sexy.
As for the bed thing, no! Don't use any bra to sleep! Breast needs time to breath at night and bra makes it harder

I'm the same size. What's the point of wearing them to bed? Just let em loose. I always wore them when I was younger because I thought it would stop them from growing. The position that you sleep in is how it affects your boobs such as being on your side or stomach

I don't think it's good to wear any bra to bed... Because bras are tight and can cut off circulation - and seeing as how the majority of women wear the wrong bra size I personally think it's a bad idea - instead I wear a shirt with a built in shelf bra (like a spaghetti strap style shirt) and that works well to keep the girls from having a party while I sleep :P also there is actually no scientific evidence to suggest that wearing and/or not wearing a bra results in saggy boobs - but if you are worried about it you can always do chest exercises to strengthen the muscles behind your boobs and that give them a more lifted appearance.

I'm a 36DD and wear sports bras all the time, especially to sleep.

I have 36 GG bazingas (these friggin' things keep growing even when I'm losing weight! How? Why??) and it is just too uncomfortable for me to go without a bra at any point. These funbags are just too damn heavy to let loose unsupported. I need an underwire or I am in agony, especially if I'm trying to sleep.

Wear what makes you comfortable. If a sports bra is comfy, wear it. If free and wild is comfy, let those girls party. I have to lock my nungas down tighter than Ft. Knox, but that is just what works for me.
