Hey girls so I have an issue. I'm very insecure about my tummy. I'm not fat and I know that but I've always been very insecure about my stomach pudge. I've always wanted to wear crop tops and have always been to scared to try. I'm talking about the crop tops that only show a little skin, like not even my belly button. I know I shouldnt compare myself but its hard seeing all these girls at the mall, school, etc.with these flat stomachs and then there's me. I just want to feel confident wearing crop tops and to learn to stop caring what people think.
have any of you struggled with anything like this.
how can I feel confident wearing crop tops
What are some different tupes of crop tops that are more forgiving for girls with a little pudge

Well personally if you can't feel comfortable with your body then you won't feel comfy in a crop top. Love your body or work out more to see a change you want to see. As far as crop tops wear them with high waisted jeans or shorts to maybe hide the pudge if you don't feel like working out. Other than that you could wear kimonos or sweaters overtop. Aside from that just love what you got and work with it. If you love the way you look you could literally wear anything.

I love flowy soft tanks for when I'm feeling bloated. As for you, my dear, you are beautiful! The only way to rock a crop top is to feel comfortable. I bet that those girls you saw have insecurities as well. You are beautiful and no one can tell you otherwise. I love the satin tanks by Soprano that they sell at Nordstrom. They're slightly cropped and don't even show up to your belly button, and they're flowy and come in a bunch of pretty colors. Just rock it!'

If you are unsure I'd start with showing a small amount of skin.. a crop top with high waisted shorts or shorts & I'd pair it with a kimono so you don't feel so revealed

The area above your belly button is the most naturally flat and toned part of your stomach so I'm guessing if you tried on an outfit, you'd be surprised at how nice and forgiving crop tops can be :)

Try high waisted shorts! They give you a bit more freedom I think when it comes to crop tops. I love American Eagle's high waisted shorts. Also, you can tie a flannel or chambray shirt around your waist. This gives the illusion of a crop top with out the skin. Good luck:)

You can wear a thin, cotton cam in the same color as the crop top beneath.

If your unsure I wouldn't even wear it, you'll feel even more insecure. I've seen girls wearing crop tops and covering there belly with their arm. they're uncomfortable, you can tell in there face and actions they're insecure too. if I were I'd just stick to what your most comfortable in and wait maybe a couple of months maybe then you'll be ready. but don't feel that you have to wear cause alomst every girl is wearing one now.
