Just purchased this primer on a whim, but now that I've done some research on this product, there seems to be some mixed reviews 😭 what are your thoughts & opinions?

My skin is combination of normal & oily. I don't typically wear foundation so I would just use this primer as a base for my contouring.

Thanks ðŸ˜˜

I use it. It's definitely not the best on the market but it's the best drugstore one I've tried so far and although it could be better, it gets the job done alright.

I agree with Riff it does well and I have Combo skin and I've used their primer for years the formula changed a bit but as a back up when I don't want to use my other high end one's it does the job.I always think it's best to try thing's out yourself the option's of primers lately have been great in every price range :)

Thanks, gals!

Since we're already on the topic of primers (lol) I was debating between a higher end primer. Urban decay, Mac, or too faced. Reviews are everywhere for them so it doesn't help researching at all ðŸ˜

I tried it a while ago along with the Stay Matte foundation...my skin didn't like the foundation - it caked and slid off my face. Same with the primer - makeup would slide off my face all day. But it did work at keeping my face matte if I went bare-faced for the day. I gave the rest to my mom and she loves it for keeping her oily face at bay. As for high end primers, every primer from Too Faced that I've tried I've loved. Shadow Insurance is my holy grail. Primed & Poreless worked like a dream. Definitely go with Too Faced ðŸ˜Š

Thanks, Bailey! I've had Urban Decay before & it was fine, felt like something was missing but it did the job. I was leaning towards Too Faced & I think you just sold me. Haha thanks!
