Okay so, I've been thinking about doing this for a few months now and I've finally decided I'm going to go for it.
I have really long strawberry blonde/ginger hair and it is very healthy and never been dyed before so I'm not worried about the damage.
I wanted to know since toners can get rid of orange and yellow tones in hair would I just be able to use that or would I still have to bleach my hair?
Also after my hair is the platinum-white blonde colour how would I go about getting the colour in the picture? because that's what I'm going for.
I'd be thankful for any tips or product information. (:

For something this specific, I highly suggest going to a pro. You're definitely going to have to bleach some parts of your hair. Then tone.

I would go into a salon since it's your first time.
And you will have to bleach your hair, toner won't cancel out tones in your natural hair.
You can purchase silver dyes but like I said, I would go to a salon so you don't damage your hair

Toner only takes the brassy tones out of color treated hair, not natural.. I think you're better off going to a stylist :)

Please,go to a pro. cosmetologists can't guarantee absolute zero damage, but, can minimize the damage, and help you achieve the look, and beauty you want.

Try to find a salon that uses olaplex. It's the best thing for your hair when it comes to bleach.
I watched a video yesterday and someone's hair actually looked healthier after bleaching it
