I'm going to shlitterbahn for my birthday, (for those who don't know what that is its a water park) & I was planning to wear a bathing suit with a cover up, can you get in the pool, water, beach etc.with a cover up? For example below. Or do you have to take it off? Help anyone!?

Most people take it off but I mean you don't have to

^^^^^ I don't see why you would have to take it off.

At our pool you just can't swim in clothes... So as long as you don't swim in it?

I agree with the others, you can wear the cover up in the water if you'd like. It might get a little heavy though. If people want to cover up, a lot of people wear light t-shirts. So you don't have to buy a cover up if you don't want to! Either way, you definitely can wear it in the water :)

Some places don't allow clothes so they may actually make you take it off. I don't know why but I know most of the waterparks by me make people do that.

Many places won't allow you to wear overclothes because it can be a safety hazard: loose tops and tee shirts can float over the face and prevent a person from being able to breathe, and garments can become waterlogged and weigh swimmers down leading to exhaustion and inability to float or swim safely (dragging them under).

No this place allows clothes actually, but is it normal for me to get in the water & swim & all with a cover up?

Yes it's completely normal, a lot of women do that :)

I've only see people swim with like, a tshirt over their bathing suits, never a cover up. but if you're comfortable, then why not? It may get heavy, though.
