Take a little sugar and mix it with water , a great home remedy that actually works,I just tried it , then put some kind of lip balm or petroleum jelly and they wil feel good as new!

I have extremely dry peeling lips (On my second treatment of Accutane). The chapstick medicated tube is really really helping me. I use it more than twice a day. Also slathering on some aquaphor helps keep the moisture in.

Make sure you are not mouth breathing. Try to breath through your nose. Mouth breathing can lead to asthma and disturbs the ph of your body which can lead to many chronic diseases over time. I wish someone told me this stuff 20+ years ago.
