It's Wayne goss*
They sell them here on beautylish. But they are a bit pricey. Personally I like the real techniques brushes, they're a good cheap drug store option :)

Love Wayne Goss brushes! Cannot wait to add more to my collection. For eyes, I love bdellium tools. Especially the 787 blending brush. Zoeva brushes are nice as well.
For drugstore options, I only really like Sonia Kashuk (available at Target). Real Techniques aren't bad, but I don't reach for mine often. They're actually my backup brushes that I'll use on days when I'm cleaning my others

Sigma is good too. I know a lot of beauties love Real Techniques too. For me the Wayne Goss brushes have been a great investment. I bought them a couple at a time, as needed. But I agree it depends what you're comfortable spending : )

It depends how much you're willing to spend on makeup brushes. I personally won't spend more on brushes than I do on the makeup I put on my face. I love real techniques, eco tools, $3 elf brush line, and even some up and up brands from stores like target (:
