I think you could wear them with anything they look super cute n seem like they could match any style top and since its summer maybe go with a light scarf instead of a cardigan - but really I think you could wear anything with them.

If you wanna do proper retro I'd go with a old sports tee like a reebok or puma one.
Or a old sport jumper (if it's chilly)
shoes I'd wear trainers what matched the outfit and then a designer bag just to clash everything together :) xx
