I like it! my only critique is that the blood on the pinkie looks more like a stain. I would make it a bit darker and more "gooey." but I think it's really good!

It took me about 5 minutes of staring at your image to really see where your finger actually went through the gauze. So you didn't use any shadows here? I personally feel like it has a quite a bit of shine, however it could be from the flash being on. Other than that, well done.

I STILL CAN't FIND YOUR REAL FINGER (only critique: the blood spread on your hand is more on the pink side, personally I think a brown toned red would be better)
