I put conditioner+honey in my hair and lay out in the sun while it's still wet and wash it out

Yes. it is a gradual lightener though so it may take several times before you start seeing results (: it may not make your hair blonde though... it'll just make it lighter than it is now.
sun in can make your hair turn orangey or brassy if you don't already have blonde hair. most of those products are targeted for blondes, but you can still try it if you want (:
