When I interviewed at Forever 21 I wore one of their dresses, a white lace dress with 3/4 sleeves, with blue heels. I also straightened my hair and kept the makeup simple and natural. The manager absolutely loved my look and hired me on the spot.

Regardless of what you wear you need to look professional so no jeans, leggings (which are debatable), or sneakers. Keep the makeup simple and natural as well.
