Thin spot how should I treat it?

I am anemic too. It's really nothing serious. I have never had any problems with thin spots though? Have you gotten it looked at? I just deal with lots of bruising.

My sister was anemic and had two bald spots in her head. Over time they just grew back.

I'm anaemic and take iron tablets. Fun, isn't it! I have a bald spot a couple of years back and it just grew back, my Dr said it was normal and that nothing can really alleviate it. I asked about vitamins and shampoos too. The only thing you can really do is ask for a highet mg dosage of iron, or see if you can get iron injections as they last longer and are better than tablets.

I agree that now that you have your blood back on track, the hair will most likely rectify itself. If you are self-conscious about it, they make hair powder with color to help mask the spot.
