Suggestions on my vintage look?

I decided a few days ago to create a somewhat vintage look with a modern (again, somewhat...) twist. Suggestions? Concerns? P.S. I know my hair is a little crazy, I didn't have any hair spray and my hair is very short and hard to work with

Products used;
E.L.F. Liquid eyeliner
Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette
Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara (75%)
(Didn't fill in the brows 😁should I next time?)
Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick (shade is discontinued but it's a fire truck red that I applied very sheer)

In this photo I don't have foundation on because I am trying to clear up my skin and I haven't been wearing skin products much this summer.
If I was wearing face products I would use;
L'oreal true match foundation
Fit me concealer
E.L.F. Studio blush (color varies)
Covergirl concealer (in a dark color to contour)
E.L.F. Powder
