Make sure you wash your face twice a day... and you remove makeup before sleeping. use appropriate products for your skin type. drinking a cup of green tea daily will help internally for your skin and hair as well.. I have seen a difference on my skin in 2 months when I started drinking green tea. hope that helps!

I love using DIY masks because they are natural. I have sensitive very dry skin and when I had acne and acne scars I used unflavoured yoghurt on my face for 20 mins twice a day everyday and I noticed a big difference within 2 weeks. I also washed my face just with water

Getting facials regularly really help, they usually extract the acne and you can focus on just healing.
Products with Salicylic Acid to help clean out the pore and exfoliate the skin without irritating it along with Benzoyl Peroxide to help kill off bacteria.
A diet restricting hormones (sticking to hormone free options.. meat, milk, eggs, chicken, butter, yogurt ) and cutting down on your intake of sugar help.
If you find you continue to break out, especially in the same areas it may be hormonal and time to see a dermatologist.

Pure cotton...puffs, pillowcases...washcloths; I stick to cotton. Changing the pillowcase every 3rd day, never sleeping in making, routine, gentle exfoliation and toning as well as scent - free moisturizing also really help.
