Hey guys, so recently I haven't been sleeping to good and it has really affected my skin. I always looked washed out and paler than usual. so I was wondering if you guys have any tips or tricks to make my skin healthier and appear brighter, help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance

I have been into vitamin c based skin care. For example, I use Murad essential c cleanser and for my moisturizer I use a brightening type of moisturizer I use ole henrikson sheer transformation or 100% pure sun damage corrective cream. They both have brightening effects and overtime you need less makeup.

Makeup wise I use a brightening under eye concealer and highlights on the tops of cheekbones, inner corner of eye as well as under the brow bone to give yourself more glow.

I also think vitamin c is the best way to go if you need that extra added brightness and glow to your complexion. Personally, I think it's more than just applying a vitamin c based moisturiser, cleanser etc. it extends to how hydrated you are all the way to your lifestyle. If you're sleeping less, then this will obviously show in your complexion. If you're eating all the wrong kinds of food then this will also show in your skin too in varying forms (acne, dryness, patchiness, unevenness in tone and the list goes on). I love treating myself to some really good facials at home which helps soo much in giving the skin a refresher as well as rejuvenating it on all levels. I'll start off by going in with a cleanser that is clarifying using any device that is exfoliating (clarisonic, facial buffer, sugar etc.), once I'm done with cleansing I can see my skin is polished already which leads to using a facial clay mask. I use a herb based mask which is awesome for helping to add nutrients to the skin and draw out impurities, it can also help in clarifying toxins deep in the pores which will help in reducing breakouts. After all of that is entirely up to you whether you apply a toner or acne treatment is your choice but see what works with your skin so you have a treatment that's catered for your unique skin and lifestyle.
P.s sorry for the absurd length!
