As of today I am out of a great relationship that I was in for two years. I'm having trouble coping and I would really just love some products that I can use to pamper myself and make myself feel pretty and happy again. Also any tips on how to move on would be greatly appreciated.

Almost a year ago I got out a 10yr relationship and honestly what helped me was exercise. In addition to eating right. I also changed my haircut and colored my hair. Experimenting with makeup and focusing on myself has helped... Good luck :)

I'm sorry to hear that. Although it's hard to imagine that the pain you're currently feeling will ever go away, I promise it will and you'll emerge a stronger and better person. Treat yourself to holiday beauty sets, and go for Christmas-sy scents that make you happy. I picked up Philosophy's Peppermint Stick shower/bath gel recently and it makes me happy 😁✨

I would run a hot bath, put some essential oils or bath bomb in it, hair mask and face mask and just try to relax as much as you can. that really helped me when we broke up after 4 years (got back together luckily). afterwards I also rubbed nice smelling lotion all over my body and just read a book while it soaked in.

Get a spray tan (they make everything better) & go on a shopping spree for whatever your heart desires, wether it be clothes, makeup, or anything else your interested in!

I agree with Ivette. For me it was the new haircut and I also changed my 'everyday makeup' look.
Let me know what works for you!

I like skyn Iceland hydro cool firming eye gels. They are these patches you put under your eyes and has a cooling sensation. Not a tingle cold but literally like you put something cold to your face. Whenever I am crying a lot these help to soothe my eyes and they won't look Swollen from crying.

The thing that helped me the most when breaking up was exercise. I tried to get out of the house and keep moving and busy so I didn't have the time to think about all crappy details of what happened etc. Second best thing that helped me was going to sleep early. So after being out most of the day, I would have too much time to myself at night and would be replaying things, so just going to sleep after a shower around 8 or 9 helped so much.

I know that's it impossible to not think about it but my goal was to try and not get fixated and obsess over what happened.

Hot baths with bath bombs helps. If you really want to move on maybe change your hair cut or dye it in a different color. They say a woman who changes her hair is about to change her life. Good luck :)
