What to do with coconut oil?

So I finally bought coconut oil and looked up how to properly use it for hair and there's tons of different things I was seeing. Any suggestions specifically for my hair? I have mixed, thin, short, curly hair. Any help is appreciated (:

Wow thank you ladies. glad I asked I'll try them all. I actually just washed and straightened my hair and put a bit of the oil and my hair is sooooo smooth and soft!
