I just have to give a shout out to Rimmel for making a pencil eyeliner for under $5 that actually stays in place and doesn't smear or disappear on me within a few hours. I purchased the Scandal Eyes in brown (after reading a recommendation on this site) and was so impressed. Hoping for a deep purple type color, I then bought the exaggerate eyeliner in plum and LOVE it. This is so much better than high end eyeliners that I've tried in the past!

Oh yes, I love the Rommel sandal eyes liquid pen so much. I uses to use it religiously. Super black, matte, and long lasting! I'll have to try the pencil one.
