Can I use any nail polish for base color.. (not base coat)
I am thinking of purchasing konad nail stamping kit.. they are giving a white nail color which is supposed to use on image palette..
also suggest me a top coat..

Yeah you can use any color, just try to have a not so runny color for the stamp, the base color doesn't matter.

I have that kit too and I like it. the kit I have has a few basic colors with a few stamping plates. if you like it you can always buy additional colors and plates that they sell. I use a Revlon top coat and it works well for me

I got a konad nail stamping kit years ago from a small kiosk on the Las Vegas strip and it worked amazing with just about any nail polish. I found it worked better with polishes that were slightly thicker. Runnier polishes didn't scrape as well and would be super messy on the stamp.
